- All Returns on Discounted Items Should Take Place Within One Week Of Purchase. No Returns / Exchanges will be Accepted After 3 Months of Purchase Date for Non-Discounted Items.
Payment Procedure for Orders outside South Africa
- Once you have completed checkout, you will receive a order confirmation via email. Following this, please wait for a Client Liaison to contact you directly with an order confirmation which will include your shipping fee based on your shipping selection during checkout.
- Your shipping fee needs to be calculated after we have received your order.
- Once you have received the order confirmation, please proceed with payment.
- Shipping Fee: Please note that orders below R1000.00 excl. VAT will carry a delivery charge of R85.00 Should your order exceed R1000.00 excl. VAT, it will be shipped free of charge.
Shipping to Destinations outside South Africa
- Please note the Shipping Fee is only for to destinations within South Africa. If your delivery address is based outside of South Africa your delivery fee will be calculated once your order is received and then quoted on.
- No Shipment will leave Sapphire’s warehouse until all funds have cleared in Sapphire’s bank account.
- Available Shipping Methods:
- Collect; you may arrange your own courier, but RSA VAT will be charged.
- Door-to-door delivery; Sapphire can deliver to you directly, no VAT will be charged. Delivery charge will be added to order confirmation upon which payment needs to be made.
- Delivery to Rosslyn Plant in Johannesburg South Africa; You may elect to have your order delivered to the Nissan Rosslyn Plant, upon which the order will be shipped with your Nissan parts order. Please note that the ETA for your Merchandise order is wholly dependent upon your Nissan Parts Order dispatch schedule.
- PLEASE NOTE: Due to cheque fraud, cheques are NOT accepted as payment. Any deposits made by cheque into our bank account will be subject to a mandatory 15 working day waiting period to ensure funds have cleared, before any stock will be dispatched.
